The safety of our customers, their pets, and our team is our utmost priority. In the event of adverse conditions such as heavy rain or lightning that render it unsafe to perform our services, we will postpone your service to the following day if feasible. If rescheduling for the next day is not possible, we will ensure to return on your next scheduled service day. In cases of heavy snowfall that completely covers your yard, we will either wait for the snow to melt or reschedule your service for the subsequent week.
